These encyclopaedias are called Sthalakosh. ii. 'Sthanapothi' composed by Muni Vyas of the Mahanubhav sect in $14^{\text {th }}$ century C.E. is an encyclopaedic text which describes the places visited by Chakradhar Swami, the founder of the Mahanubhav sect. In 1969, Siddheshwarshastri Chitrav compiled the encyclopaedic book viz. 'Prachin Bharatiya Sthalakosh'.
