In business to increase sales, goods are sold on credit.In this circumstances many a times customer do not make payment even after completion of credit period and the need arises to write collection letters. In all the cases it does not happen that customer clears the payment after the first collection letter it self. Many a times when no respose is recieved after first collection letter then second reminder letter is written. If customer does not responds to this also then third reminder letter is sent and if need arises fourth collection notice or warning is written to the customer. Thus, collaction letters are written stage wise.
