Area of trapezium $=\frac{1}{2} ($Sum of parallel sides$)\ ×$ height

$=\frac{1}{2}(2.2)\times0.8\text{m}^2=1.1\times0.8\text{m}^2$
$=0.88\text{m}^2$
Area of trapezium $=\frac{1}{2} ($Sum of parallel sides$)\ ×$ height
$=\frac{1}{2}(1+1.2)\times0.8\text{m}^2$
$=\frac{1}{2}(2.2)\times0.8\text{m}^2=1.1\times0.8\text{m}^2$
