Answer

Wrong Strategy Spoils Right Cause
by Priya, Special Correspondent
Chennai: 6th April, 20XX: While driving towards the office, the commuters get engulfed with numerous unusual traffic jams. The irony with the jams was that it emerged as a result of a special drive against the pollution causing vehicles launched by the Chennai traffic police.
After Chennai was included in the list of cities with the highest air pollution in India, the authorities tried to come down hard on the vehicles emitting pollution. But the failure in the right planning spoiled the drive. The biggest mistake that the authorities made was barricading the important intersections of the city which created a havoc on roads.
The problems became so severe that the drive had to be cancelled midway. Hope the authorities will come prepared the next time.
