Here, $C_1$ and $C_2$ are in parallel.
$
\therefore C_{A B}=C_1+C_2=2 \mu F+2 \mu F=4 \mu F
$

Here, $C_{A B}$ and $C_3$ are in series,
$
\therefore \frac{1}{ C _{ AC }}=\frac{1}{4 \mu}+\frac{1}{12 \mu}
$
$
\therefore C_{A C}= 3 \mu F
$
The equivalent capacity of the system is $3 \mu F$.
