Human rights are those social conditions which are essential for the very existence and development of personality of individual. The human rights are those rights necessary for the progress of human beings. These are inalienable rights of every individual.
In order to enable the human beings to keep up their existence, their basic- minimum needs of food. clothing, shelter, education and health need to be fulfilled so as to enable them to live a life of dignity and make progress.
