(i) Withering is a process to remove moisture from leaves.
(ii) During rolling, juice of tea leaves come out for getting exposed to fermentation which gives flavour to tea. (
(iii) Fermentation: Tea leaves get their colour, taste and odour.
(iv) Drying is heating them at very high temperature. It is followed by sorting, blending and packing.
