Question
What does yellow (Amber) light indicate?
✓
Answer
Yellow (Amber) Traffic Signal: (1) Stop before the stop line when there is a yellow light in front of your vehicle at crossroads or when there is none before a pedestrian crossing or primary traffic signal. (2) But if your vehicle has crossed the stop line or is so close to the stop line that a sudden stop is likely to cause a collision with the vehicle coming from behind, it is safe to cross the signal without stopping. (3) Drive cautiously after giving way to pedestrians and vehicles already present at the crossroads when the yellow light is flashing continuously at the crossroads.
