Endosperm is a post-fertilization product which develops as a result of triple fussion and is triploid tissue that provides nutrition to developing embryo. Free nuclear engosperm : Here the primary endosperm nucleus divides freely is mitotic way forming several daughter nuclei. These nuclei rearrange from periphery towards centre in embryo sac and these occurs no wall formation finally wall formed occurs from periphery towards nucleus e.g.capsella. Cellular endosperms : Here each division of nucleus is followed wall formation so that multicellular irregularly arranged mass of endosperm is formed e.g. Adoxa.
