Question
What is the ‘concentrated state’ of the mind?

Answer

In the ‘concentrated state’ of the mind, the predominance of Sattvaguna is greatly increased. Infinite knowledge and stability are attained in this advanced state of mind. It is in this state that the knowledge of the difference in the form of man and nature takes place. The mind removes conflicts. This state is also called 'Samprajnat Avasyatha' or 'Samprajnat Yoga' due to the relaxation of karma in this state.
