There is no single method which is suitable for all the conditions. It requires careful planning and consideration for selecting a method.The method of primary data collection depends upon the nature of the project and resources at the disposal of the investigator, area of enquiry, etc. Hence, it can be concluded that there is no best method for collecting primary data.
