As Persian was the state language, many words of this language now have become the part of present Indian languages.
The use of Urdu came into prevalence during medieval period. It originated as a result of the mixture of Persian and Hindi language. It is also known as camp language because it emerged due to interaction of Indian and Muslims soldiers.
