Since, the common difference d = 3
Using formula an + 1 = an + d
Thus, a2 = a1 + d = – 1.25 + 3 = 1.75
a3 = a2 + d = 1.75 + 3 = 4.75
a4 = a3 + d = 4.75 + 3 = 7.75
Hence, An A.P with common difference 3 is – 1.25, 1.75, 4.75, 7.75
