We have

$\text{x}+\frac{1}{\text{x}}\geq2$

$\Rightarrow\frac{\text{x}^2+1}{\text{x}}\geq2$

This is only possible if $\text{x}\in(0,\infty)$

$\therefore\text{x}\in[0,\infty)$
