Functions of Testis:
1. Formation of sperms by seminiferous tubules.
2. Production of male sex hormone i.e. testosterone by cells of leydig in testis that governs development of secondary sexual characters.
Functions of Ovary:
1. Formation of ova.
2. Secretion of oestrogen hormone that regulate development of secondary sexual characters of female.
