- Concerned with the functions performed by various body parts, such as, hypothalamus, limbic systems etc.
Psychological motives:
- These are primarily learned from the individual's interaction with the various environmental factors.
- They focus on the factors (social and environmental) and how they interact with each other to produce motivation.
- They are not concerned with functions of various parts of the body.
