Healthy food refers to food that contains the right amount of nutrients to keep our body fit. It includes fruits, vegetables, pulses, milk, dairy products and water. We should avoid fried food, junk food, cold drinks and sweets as much as we can. If we eat healthy food, we will avoid getting ill and be free from diseases. We will have a strong body and a healthy mind. Healthy food can uplift our mood and make us feel good.
