In the second one, one should try to remove the wrong factors causing diseases from our life$-$style, environment, work and physiological condition. Health is a matter of constant adjustment. The third one is in concerned with improving our energy, enabling us to live longer, increasing positive energy. It creates good health and avoids diseases. The fourth one creates awareness development. To remain healthy is an ongoing process. One must know what is the energy used for and why. The awareness is something that goes on even till death or when body and mind decline in old age.
