It also helps to know customers complaint and get a satisfactory solution for the same. This type of letter writing is undertaken by customers either to com- plain about goods or other things. Firms should pay attention on these type of letters to give satisfacto] solution which will help to create prestige of the firm.

Business letters from the view point of customers: Businessman always try to maintain good relation with customers so that they can have regular customers and for that it is important that the customers should be happy with the services rendered. For this letter writing is an important aid. From the viewpoint of customers the importance of letter writing is as follows:
(1) Placing orders and Confirmation : With the help of letter writing the customers get assured that their orders have been placed properly and they can even get confirmation for the orders placed, which will increase their satisfaction.
