The motion of an embodied soul spreads in the path of the truth after the death means those who die do not have to be reborn. The supreme asylum of the truth is the path which is crossed by the rishis having fulfilled their desires means they become free from the cycle of life and death. A human being developes different kind of desires and put efforts to fulfill them. The rishis believe that only the supreme being has the power to fulfill human beings desires.

नित्यः means the omnipresent eternal. That which exists in past, present and future and also at all places is called eternal. The supreme being which creates the universe (the world) is believed to be eternal or omnipresent. Moreover that which does not have any begining or the end means that which is timeless and endless is called omnipresent. The supreme being has no begining or end. Such an element is called omnipresent and omniexistent.

Those who become firmly a part of soul are omnipresent and having life-spirit called Brahmatatva. Which is one of many. It developes different desines. But the firm people consider themselves firmly a part of soul so they attain eternal peace and not others.

The entire universe has come into existence through one element only. So whatever is created ultimately absorbed into this element. Due to affection and illusion, we see different forms of different things. In such situation it is to be understood that only one element exists in all the living beings. The person who realises this fact remains free from all type of affection, illusion, troublse, misery and temptation. He does not have any troubles or grief. Thus the person who sees oneness in all the visible or invisible elements is the best.
