The supreme being which creates the universe (the world) is believed to be eternal or omnipresent. Moreover that which does not have any begining or the end means that which is timeless and endless is called omnipresent. The supreme being has no begining or end. Such an element is called omnipresent and omniexistent.

The person who realises this fact remains free from all type of affection, illusion, troublse, misery and temptation. He does not have any troubles or grief. Thus the person who sees oneness in all the visible or invisible elements is the best.
