I am holding a savings bank account number SB 0056241064, with your bank from last 4 years. Bank has always co-operated with me in the matters and I highly appreciate it. With great regret I would like to draw your attention towards deterioration in the services of the bank, and indecent behaviour of the bank employees towards customers.

Two days ago, I had visited your loan department to inquire about my education loan application. During that time one of your officer misbehaved with me and also put an unreasonable demand to sanction my loan. This not only made me feel insulted but also made me suffer from a mental trauma.

If timely action is not taken against such behaviour of employees then it will surely hamper the prestige of your bank.

Hope, you will take strict action against the concerned employee.

Respected Sir, I have had a savings account number: -102015254590 in our bank for the past five years. During this time I have benefited from all the banking services, which I appreciate. But for the last few days the bank has gone down and the ruthless attitudes of employees have also caused dissatisfaction with the bank's customers. Two days ago, the behavioral behavior by the employee in my bank was a shame for the bank, but also to the customers. My scholarship for higher education has been approved by the state government. As soon as the time has passed, the scholarship in my account is not deposited in your bank, when they contacted the employee working in this bank, they treated me with unwarranted behavior and also made an unreasonable demand, due to which I felt very humiliated and I felt mentally uncomfortable.By examining the whole incident, he is asking the employee to take punitive action.
