Sanskar Kendra, Paldi, Ahmedabad had organised a museum “Bhartiya Kala Sanskruti” on 15th February, 2020 with the help of Gujarat Government Cultural Department. As the member of “Yuva Art Academy” I had also visited the museum. My individual report for same is as follows:
  • ‘Bhartiya Kala Sanskruti” had organised museum at Paldi, Sanskar Kendra on 15th February 2020. It was inaugrated by MLA Shri Ramanbhai Vora at 9:30 A.M.
  • At inaugration function officers of various organisations, Principals of various schools and various prestigious citizens of the city had remained present.
  • To visit museum in the beginning pass was organised.
  • Each visitor hed to cross metal detrector as a safety measure.
  • The inquiry counter was put up on the righthand side of the gate. They were giving guidance regarding different stalls of different states and there various cultural products.
  • At stall of every state, a representative was there to give information about the states handicraft and Artifacts.
  • The selling price was indicated on the art pieces for sale.
  • Most of the state’s culture depicited, carvings done on wood, idols made from stone of birds-animals, lampshades and flower pots made from Bamboo etc.
  • The stall of Gujarat showed various colours of Gujarat handicrafts. It included Kutch embroidery, Patola’s from Patan, Zari work of Surat, idols made from unique stones attracted the visitors.
  • Various state stalls also displayed their food, vessels and musical instruments which attracted the visitors.
  • Discount was being offered on various state stalls to attract the buyers.
After visiting the museum at Sanskar Kendra, Paldi, I realised the various colours of our country represented by different states. This museum was also the sign of development.

Thanks to Gujarat State Cultural Department for organising such great exhibition of cultural art and handicraft.

CELEBRATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

To benefit the students, parents and society to maintain good health through Yoga 21st June, 2019 was celebrated as International Yoga Day. Principal suggested to make a committee of two teachers and three students from students union. The committee is presenting the report as below.

The committee met on 18, 19 and 20th June in Principal’s chamber. Yoga Guru Swami Ramdev Baba’s discipline Shri Govind Swami was roped in to conduct the Yoga on that day. As per his guidance the set up was made in school’s courtyard and International Yoga Day was celebrated on 2ls June, 2019. The report of the same is as follows.
  • Committee members welcomed Shri Ramdev baba’s discipline Shri Govind Swami at 7:00 A.M.
  • 436 Students of the school lined up properly as pre decided.
  • First of all Shri Govind Swami gave the background behind celebrating InternationalYoga day .e As per Govind Swami yoga is an Ancient, Physical Mental and Spiritual process.
  • Yoga is a Sanskrit word which means “oneness”. Yoga is a symbol of Union of body and (soul) consciousness.
  • In Hinduism, Jainism and Buddism Yoga is associated with meditation.
  • Due to our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s efforts, on universal appeal on December 2014, the United Nations Proclaimed 21th June as the International Day of Yoga.
  • 170 Countries including India celebrate 2ls June as Yoga day. It includes countries like America, China, Japan and Canada.
  • After explaining the importance of International Yoga day, Shri Govind Swami started the yoga with “Surya Stuti”.
  • After Surya Puja Shri Govind Swami showed various poses of Yoga and students followed the same. as per his direction.
  • Prestigious citizens of the city were also invited to participate on International Yoga day where they participated with enthusiasm.
  • Shri Govind Swami gave information about various Yog poses and its benefits. After finishing the programme at 9:00 A.M., General Secretary of students union Shri Pranav Parmar gave vote of thanks to Shri Govind Swami, students and one and all present there.

As a member of public health, the Civil Hospital of Ahmedabad is largest hospital of public sector we had visited the hospital on 28th January, 2019. I submit the following report.
  • On 25th January 2019, after getting permission from PR department, Superintendent Shri Manoharbhai Rajguru, we had planned visit to civil hospital on 28th January 2018 at 10:30 A.M.
  • On 28 January,2019 I met Mr. Manoharbhai Rajguru at 10:30 A.M. in his chamber and he sent two officers with us to give us the information about important departments of the hospital.
  • I was visiting the rennovated civil hospital for the first time so the internal roads and new constructed blocks seemed much more cleaner then before.
  • Within the hospital premises on the left hand side parking facility has been made for visitors. .e On the entrance, on right hand side the parking facility for the staff members is made.
  • There is a seprate road for ambulance and 108 emergency vehicles
  • Opposite the main gate there are five counters which gives you information about various treatments and departments and where they are situated.
  • For disabled and unwell patients, wheel chair has been arranged right from the inquiry counter.
  • Burn department and orthopedic department is situated on the ground floor for their convinence.
  • Special arrangements are made for heart, kidney and cancer patients.
  • All the staff members are regular and attendance is taken by biometric.
  • All the staff member are in the uniform all the time.
  • When the chief doctor visit the ward, two junior doctor accompany him/her to take the proper record of things.
  • Proper waiting room has been made on all the floors for relatives of the patients.
  • Poor patients are given treatment at subsidised rates.
  • Canteen is available at subsidised rates for relatives of patients.
  • All the facilities important for the patients are available in civil hospital of Ahmedabad. Civil hospital is not only large but has best modern medical equipments, cleanliness and proper managment which is a great relief for various kinds of patients serving them at nominal rates.
We are thankful to public relation department superintendent Shri Manoharbhai Rajguru and his two associates Dr. Chandresh Gupta and Dr. Anuradha Go swami who helped us making the visit successful and informative.

Independence day celebration moments:
  • On 15 August, 2020 Monday, the independence day celebrations took place in school premises at 7:30 A.M.
  • E. Teachers with the help of other teachers made 548 students seated appropriately.
  • At 8:00 A.M. Managing trustee Shri Manubhai Nanavati of school was welcomed with band played by students.
  • Principal welcomed the chief guest Shri Saurabh Nanavati by garlanding him and giving him shawl as a token of respect, and lighted the lamp.
  • Chief guest Shri Saurabh Nanavati did flag hosting at 8:20 A.M. and saluted the flag. The students played band and made the atmosphere patriotic.
  • All the students were wearing white clothes. They saluted the flag and then sang National Anthem in chorus.
  • At 8:40 chief guest Shri Manubhai Nanavati gave the speech and motivated the students to become responsible citizens of the country.
  • At 9:10 A.M., 10 patrotic songs were sung by our students as a part of Independence day celebration.
  • Songs like Ae mare watan ke logo , Azazdi ko hum hargiz mita sakte nahi etc. patriotic songs made audience emotional.
Vote of Thanks: Students committee cultural head Mr. Manthan Shah gave vote of thanks at 11:00 A.M. to our chief guest, principal, committee members and one and all present there. I submit the following report as co-study and retirement minister of the student body.
There was information about the history and many things about it in the curriculum. But all the interesting things of the school were found and many historical items were also found. All the female students visited our city museum on June 18, 2019 with our teachers.
We reached the museum at 11 o'clock in the morning. The museum's guide stayed with two hours of students. They told the students the historical importance and historical story of everything.
First of all, he had shown the department of historical Darbar Hall to all the students and provided information about how the kings were paying darbar. Subsequently, the Department of Weapons showed things showing a beautiful history like a historical vehicle, namely Palki, Doli etc. All the students visit the museum with great joy, with information about all these items of old coins, old princely instruments, princely furniture and kings' clothes and different costumes.
