VISIT TO CITY MUSEUM

Sanskar Kendra, Paldi, Ahmedabad had organised a museum “Bhartiya Kala Sanskruti” on 15th February, 2020 with the help of Gujarat Government Cultural Department. As the member of “Yuva Art Academy” I had also visited the museum. My individual report for same is as follows:

• ‘Bhartiya Kala Sanskruti” had organised museum at Paldi, Sanskar Kendra on 15th February 2020. It was inaugrated by MLA Shri Ramanbhai Vora at 9:30 A.M.
• At inaugration function officers of various organisations, Principals of various schools and various prestigious citizens of the city had remained present.
• To visit museum in the beginning pass was organised.
• Each visitor hed to cross metal detrector as a safety measure.
• The inquiry counter was put up on the righthand side of the gate. They were giving guidance regarding different stalls of different states and there various cultural products.
• At stall of every state, a representative was there to give information about the states handicraft and Artifacts.
• The selling price was indicated on the art pieces for sale.
• Most of the state’s culture depicited, carvings done on wood, idols made from stone of birds-animals, lampshades and flower pots made from Bamboo etc.
• The stall of Gujarat showed various colours of Gujarat handicrafts. It included Kutch embroidery, Patola’s from Patan, Zari work of Surat, idols made from unique stones attracted the visitors.
• Various state stalls also displayed their food, vessels and musical instruments which attracted the visitors.
• Discount was being offered on various state stalls to attract the buyers.

After visiting the museum at Sanskar Kendra, Paldi, I realised the various colours of our country represented by different states. This museum was also the sign of development.

Thanks to Gujarat State Cultural Department for organising such great exhibition of cultural art and handicraft.

COMMITTEE REPORT ON

CELEBRATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

To benefit the students, parents and society to maintain good health through Yoga 21st June, 2019 was celebrated as International Yoga Day. Principal suggested to make a committee of two teachers and three students from students union. The committee is presenting the report as below.

The committee met on 18, 19 and 20th June in Principal’s chamber. Yoga Guru Swami Ramdev Baba’s discipline Shri Govind Swami was roped in to conduct the Yoga on that day. As per his guidance the set up was made in school’s courtyard and International Yoga Day was celebrated on 2ls June, 2019. The report of the same is as follows.

• Committee members welcomed Shri Ramdev baba’s discipline Shri Govind Swami at 7:00 A.M.
• 436 Students of the school lined up properly as pre decided.
• First of all Shri Govind Swami gave the background behind celebrating InternationalYoga day .e As per Govind Swami yoga is an Ancient, Physical Mental and Spiritual process.
• Yoga is a Sanskrit word which means “oneness”. Yoga is a symbol of Union of body and (soul) consciousness.
• In Hinduism, Jainism and Buddism Yoga is associated with meditation.
• Due to our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s efforts, on universal appeal on December 2014, the United Nations Proclaimed 21th June as the International Day of Yoga.
• 170 Countries including India celebrate 2ls June as Yoga day. It includes countries like America, China, Japan and Canada.
• After explaining the importance of International Yoga day, Shri Govind Swami started the yoga with “Surya Stuti”.
• After Surya Puja Shri Govind Swami showed various poses of Yoga and students followed the same. as per his direction.
• Prestigious citizens of the city were also invited to participate on International Yoga day where they participated with enthusiasm.
• Shri Govind Swami gave information about various Yog poses and its benefits. After finishing the programme at 9:00 A.M., General Secretary of students union Shri Pranav Parmar gave vote of thanks to Shri Govind Swami, students and one and all present there.

VISIT TO CIVIL HOSPITAL
As a member of public health, the Civil Hospital of Ahmedabad is largest hospital of public sector we had visited the hospital on 28th January, 2019. I submit the following report.

• On 25th January 2019, after getting permission from PR department, Superintendent Shri Manoharbhai Rajguru, we had planned visit to civil hospital on 28th January 2018 at 10:30 A.M.
• On 28 January,2019 I met Mr. Manoharbhai Rajguru at 10:30 A.M. in his chamber and he sent two officers with us to give us the information about important departments of the hospital.
• I was visiting the rennovated civil hospital for the first time so the internal roads and new constructed blocks seemed much more cleaner then before.
• Within the hospital premises on the left hand side parking facility has been made for visitors. .e On the entrance, on right hand side the parking facility for the staff members is made.
• There is a seprate road for ambulance and 108 emergency vehicles
• Opposite the main gate there are five counters which gives you information about various treatments and departments and where they are situated.
• For disabled and unwell patients, wheel chair has been arranged right from the inquiry counter.
• Burn department and orthopedic department is situated on the ground floor for their convinence.
• Special arrangements are made for heart, kidney and cancer patients.
• All the staff members are regular and attendance is taken by biometric.
• All the staff member are in the uniform all the time.
• When the chief doctor visit the ward, two junior doctor accompany him/her to take the proper record of things.
• Proper waiting room has been made on all the floors for relatives of the patients.
• Poor patients are given treatment at subsidised rates.
• Canteen is available at subsidised rates for relatives of patients.
• All the facilities important for the patients are available in civil hospital of Ahmedabad. Civil hospital is not only large but has best modern medical equipments, cleanliness and proper managment which is a great relief for various kinds of patients serving them at nominal rates.

We are thankful to public relation department superintendent Shri Manoharbhai Rajguru and his two associates Dr. Chandresh Gupta and Dr. Anuradha Go swami who helped us making the visit successful and informative.

CELEBRATION OF INDEPENDENCE DAY
The co-curricular and intellectual activities secretary of the school students union Mr. Bharatbhai Patel had proposed celebrating 15th August, 2020. Monday, Independence day and this has been approved by the principal. The work of presentation has been handed over to the 5 member committee who will make the presentation.

Independence day celebration moments:

• On 15 August, 2020 Monday, the independence day celebrations took place in school premises at 7:30 A.M.
• E. Teachers with the help of other teachers made 548 students seated appropriately.
• At 8:00 A.M. Managing trustee Shri Manubhai Nanavati of school was welcomed with band played by students.
• Principal welcomed the chief guest Shri Saurabh Nanavati by garlanding him and giving him shawl as a token of respect, and lighted the lamp.
• Chief guest Shri Saurabh Nanavati did flag hosting at 8:20 A.M. and saluted the flag. The students played band and made the atmosphere patriotic.
• All the students were wearing white clothes. They saluted the flag and then sang National Anthem in chorus.
• At 8:40 chief guest Shri Manubhai Nanavati gave the speech and motivated the students to become responsible citizens of the country.
• At 9:10 A.M., 10 patrotic songs were sung by our students as a part of Independence day celebration.
• Songs like Ae mare watan ke logo , Azazdi ko hum hargiz mita sakte nahi etc. patriotic songs made audience emotional.

Vote of Thanks: Students committee cultural head Mr. Manthan Shah gave vote of thanks at 11:00 A.M. to our chief guest, principal, committee members and one and all present there. He also said he expects the same co-operation in future for other various programmes. Jai hind. Jai Bharat were the closing words.

The following points are taken into account in verbal presentation.(1) Oral presentation should be considered first in the context of the audience, because of their mental / psychological ability / ability.
(2) Oral performance can be brought to an expected result if it is seen in favorable time.
(3) The place for the introduction is equally important.
(4) The participant should always consider the part of the performer. It should be a person who has a person, keeping in mind his age, status and moment.
(5) Arrangement of presentation issues should be logical.
(6) Care should be taken to select words and language.
(7) The voice of the performers should be impressive.
(8) During the presentation, you should try to convey the feelings of the other party.
(9) At the time of introduction, there should be an early consideration of whether there may be any counter-argument in favor of the parties.
(10) There should be capability and preparedness to represent the right party to accept the appropriate argument.
(11) During the entire process of submission, the performer should control his / her feelings.

Regarding visiting the museum.
I submit the following report as co-study and retirement minister of the student body.
There was information about the history and many things about it in the curriculum. But all the interesting things of the school were found and many historical items were also found. All the female students visited our city museum on June 18, 2019 with our teachers.
We reached the museum at 11 o'clock in the morning. The museum's guide stayed with two hours of students. They told the students the historical importance and historical story of everything.
First of all, he had shown the department of historical Darbar Hall to all the students and provided information about how the kings were paying darbar. Subsequently, the Department of Weapons showed things showing a beautiful history like a historical vehicle, namely Palki, Doli etc. All the students visit the museum with great joy, with information about all these items of old coins, old princely instruments, princely furniture and kings' clothes and different costumes.
We thank the museum's in-charge and guide for making this memorable visit to our historical information memorable and successful.

Regarding the celebration of Yoga Day.
The Principal agreed that the recommendation of celebrating as International Yoga Day on June 21, 2017, with the cooperation of the school's student body and by the order of the Chief Minister, the Principal agreed to celebrate the committee of five students as a Yoga Day, and started the committee of five students. Accordingly, we submit the following report: Members: - (1) Shri Jaydeep Dholakia Committee President, Std. 12-C. (2) Mr. Rajesh Patel-class representative, Std. 12-B. (3) Kumari Navin Sheikh - Student Representative, Std. 12-A (4) Kumari Manali, Vyas-class representative, standard 10-B. (5) Shri Kishore Mehta-class representative, standard 10-C. The members of the committee decided to share the work at the first meeting and after two days. After two to three times members and after meeting with the principal, the following suggestions were made:

• Celebrate on Wednesday 21st June, 2017 as International Yoga Day.
• School students, teachers and principals prepare to get information in advance.
• On that morning, the Principal of the school, Tejas Ratnadhayara Sahib will know about Yoga Day.
• Co-operation of all students are expected.
• The student representative will be responsible to see that all students and all students will remain in discipline according to the teacher's order.
• School Principal inaugurated international symposium on the school grounds and presented his speech.
• PT's of school students Yoga was taught by the teacher. Subsequently, students were applauded by the Principal for good yoga.
• The committee expects the school family and hopes the school family will be helpful in cleaning and decorating the school grounds.

Visit to the Civil Hospital
As a co-study and post-retirement minister, I present the following report:In the course of the course, it is necessary to know the hospital facilities, but to know the different features of the hospital. We decided to visit the hospital for that. In this regard, the civil surgeon of Civil Hospital approached and received permission from the Civil Hospital to visit him. Ta: On January 18, 2017, we decided to visit 15 students and a teacher.
We reached the hospital at 11 o'clock in the morning. Civil surgeon Shri Rajendra Desai continued with two hours of students. They gave the answers to the questions asked by the students. Firstly, they did the ICU of the hospital. Department, Department of Pediatrics, Department of Pediatrics and the Department of Immediate Treatment and how to ensure the accuracy and convenience of the staff. They had a nursing school in a part of the hospital. The students whose patients serve patients in this hospital also interacted with them.
Treatment of patients in various departments, its modern technology tools and machines have all the details of how it works and the students were well informed about the machinery. Patients are given excellent facilities at minimal cost. We also thank Principal Chiragbhai Joshi Saheb, Civil surgeon, Mr. Pareshbhai Makwana for making the process of visiting hospital's hospitality and hospitality successful and useful.Reporting: - Tejas Dave, Co-study and Advocacy Minister, Alpha High School, Bhavnagar.

Regarding celebrating Independence Day
According to the recommendation of the celebration of Independence Day on 15th August, 2017, during National Festival of Independence Day in the school, Principal suggested that we submit a report to the committee of five students; accordingly we submit the following report.(1) Paresh Shah - Committee President.

(3) Aanchal Dave - Committee Minister.
(4) Surbhi Rathod - Committee Member.
(5) Siddhi Jadeja - Committee Member.
• On Tuesday, August 15, 2017, the school was celebrated as a Independence Day.
• On Mondays 14th August, 2017, the entire preparations were made on the school day's celebration of the Independence Day celebration with the help of school teachers.
• Every student and teachers were present as part of their duty.
• Students and teachers of the city were present as part of their duty.
• The mayor of the city, the Commissioner, the Collector, the District Education Officer etc. were invited as the chief guest.
• On Tuesday morning, at 9:00 am, this celebration was started in the presence of all the students, guardians and guests in the school.
• The Principal of the school invited the main guests from the stage to the courtyard and flagged them.
• All students, teachers and guests with salutation were greeted with national anthem together.
• After the celebration began, all the guests took the place of honor, Principal gave a lecture on the importance of freedom and the country's glory.
• All students were encouraged to promote the importance of students and youth for the development and progress of the students.
• Dances were performed on national songs, patriotic songs by students of all grades. As well as the plays and national festival cases were presented.
• After completion of the program, honoring the bright students by the guests were encouraged to give them awards and certificates.
• Chief guests honored the school principal, teachers and students, they were encouraged by awarding and awarding certificates.
• The main guests thanked the school principal, teachers and students.
• The program was completed with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm.

(2) Since the presentation is for audience, they must be central.
(3) The presentation should be kept on the audience.
(4) The presentation should move forward and logical.
(5) The presentation should be in accordance with its appearance and outward appearance.
(6) It is necessary to talk face-to-face and get noticed.
(7) Should be rehearsed before presenting the presentation.
(8) The voice of the present person should be loud and powerful to be heard.
(9) Speech should be kept in focus, stopping at the right place and keeping at a standstill.
(10) You should answer as many questions as possible.

The things that are needed for the committee report are as follows.(1) The essay will be ready.
(2) Firstly give structure.
(3) Then clarify the intent.
(4) The members list should be presented with their position.
(5) Telling about the responsibility of the members as per the procedure decided.
(6) In order to present the instructions set forth in unanimous agreement.
(7) Expressing thanks, the President and minister signed the right to the office on behalf of the committee.
(8) To place a date and date in a separate line on the left.

The reasons for keeping in mind the preparation of a slide show under Power Point presentation are as follows.(1) The topic of the presentation should be chosen in a suitable manner.
(2) The color of the word should be in the color of the letters.
(3) According to the text, the structure of the slide should be selected.
(4) The subject should be clearly stated in the first slide.
(5) Then there should be the presentation of the presentation list.
(6) Each slide should be heading.
(7) The heading letters should be bigger than other information letters.
(8) The information in each slide should include the maximum five lines and maximum seven words in each line.
(9) Pictures and antennae should be used to specify the information.
(10) Writing in the form of information line should be written using the appropriate symbols.
(11) According to the demand of content, audio, visual, graphs and strong impact can be included.
(12) The final slide should show the readiness to answer the questions of thanks.

Presentation objectives are as follows.(1) Providing information to the person concerned by informing person is the main purpose of the presentation.
(2) Demonstrations can be done effectively using personal qualities like eloquence and lacunae.
(3) Presentations can be presented interestingly through various technology experiments.
(4) The subject matter may be presented in a proper description.
(5) By establishing a causative relationship, logic can be sharpened.
(6) The presentation can be strengthened by proper understanding and suggestions.
(7) The submission can be tightened by checking the two sides of the coin.
(8) Presentation can be strengthened by the subject of concepts or demonstration of any theory.
(9) The subject matter of the concept or the beneficiary of the scheme can be made objective.
(10) The presentation can be influenced by analyzing the subject matter or plan.
(11) A party (audience or audience) can be pressed to think through a proper presentation.
(12) They can be encouraged to reply enthusiastically by proper presentation.

There are five types of presentation, keeping in mind the present interest.(1) Informational (2) Instructor
(3) Awareness (4) Awareness by the argument
(5) Decisive.
(1) Informational: -

• Short and intangible
• Speed towards a less important issue than the most important issue

• The possibility of tangle is negligible.
• Example: - Teaching, training etc.

(2) Notificationist: -

• Specific order or order.
• Intensive and time consuming to understand.
• Starting probation with basic things is probable possible.
• E.g; - Tutorial, safety measures etc.

(3) Awareness bringer: -

• Motivator to take decision / take action.
• Proper language experiment will be strengthened by an enthusiastic talk of influential speakers.
• The story / story that lives with the depiction of real life events.
• Example: - Saint / Mahatma's Guruvani, teacher's inspirational, speech etc.

(4) Talker by the argument:-

• Discussion of eligibility in explaining accuracy.
• Logically moving towards the solution.
• Embrace the audience's feelings.
• Eg; - Political discussion, Proposal project proposal etc.

(5) Decisive: -

• Concrete examples, giving evidence to be inspired in the direction of decision.
• Specify the need for a decision.
• Comparison of the situation by discussing long-term results with disparities and potential threats.
• E.g.; - Board of Directors meeting; Judge's verdict at the end of the court case. Etc.
