$(3)$ The western end of India is on $68^\circ 7’$ east longitude and the eastern end is on $97^\circ 25’$ east longitude.
$(4)$ The Tropic of Cancer passes almost through the central part of India.
$(5)$ The local time of $82^\circ 5’$ east longitude which passes almost through the middle of India is considered to be the Standard Time of India.
