View full question & answer→For a circular cylinder ,
Height $= h = 20 \ cm$
Radius of the base $= r = 7 \ cm$
Total surface area of a cylinder $= 2\pi r (h + r)$
$=2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 7(20+7) \ cm ^2$
$=2 \times 22 \times 27 \ cm ^2$
$= 1188 \ cm^2$
