Viral disease:

1.An infected person must cover the mouth and nose while sneezing and coughing.

Why polished rice should be avoided:
1.Much of the food we eat is “processed” food.
2.Rice is a rich source of carbohydrates.
3.When rice is polished some nutrients such as vitamins and minerals are lost.
4.Polished rice and wheat flour are examples of “processed” foods.
5.Processing removes many of the B vitamins.
6.Beriberi is caused by a lack of vitamin B₁.
7.Thus, we should not try to eat foods that are not processed or polished.
