Fill in the blanks:
(i) _______________ are not being managed properly.
(ii) _______________ of garbage is one of the most important services.
(iii) At present _______________ of Delhi's land mass is being choked by the garbage.
(iv) _______________ are managing solid wastes for at least 25 thousand Delhites.

It is obvious from the visible garbage around us that solid wastes are not being managed properly. However, housing colonies are the most disorganised sector as far as garbage is concerned. As a result, the legal garbage dumps are overflowing and the number of illegal garbage dumps in the by-lanes, parks and roadsides are on the increase in most colonies of Delhi and for that matter in all Indian cities.
At present five per cent of Delhi's land mass is being choked by the garbage. This five per cent has become a waste land, its utility is steadily declining and soil quality is deteriorating. Besides being eyesores, these garbage dumps pose health and environment hazard for the ten million people who live in Delhi. They are breeding grounds for the germs of infectious disease like plague, tuberculosis, dysentery, diarrhoea, eyeinfections and numerous skin ailments.
Scientific management of garbage thus is one of the most important services that need to be regularised in all residential colonies. After exploring all viable solutions to this proper I have successfully launched an indigenous scheme - Cleaning Brigades - in many colonies of Delhi. The Cleaning Brigades are managing solid wastes for at least 25 thousand Delhiites. A year and a half back the first cleaning brigade was launched during the Asiad. Since then it has been constantly expanding.

Convert the following passage into a flow chart.
The earth contains a large number of metals which are useful to man. One of the most important of these is Iron. The Iron ore which we find on the earth is not pure. It contains some impurities which we must remove by smelting. The process of smelting consists of heating the ore in a blast furnace with coke and limestone and reducing it to metal. Blasts of hot air enter the furnace from the bottom and provide the oxygen which is necessary for the reduction of the ore. The ore becomes molten, and its oxides combine with carbon from the coke. The non-metallic constituents of the ore combine with limestone to form a liquid slag. This floats on top of the molten iron and passes out of the furnace through a tap. The metal which remains is pig iron. We can melt this again in another furnace - a cupola - with more coke and limestone and tap it out into a ladle or  directly into moulds. This is cast iron.

The following points given below shows various methods to improve English language.
Transfer information into a pie chart . And value each method as per your perspective
1. Think in English
If you think in your native language and then try to speak English, you'll always have to translate between languages. Translating isn't an easy thing to do! Even people fluent in two or more languages have trouble switching between languages.
The solution is to think in English.
2. Talk to Yourself
Whenever you're at home (or alone somewhere else) you can improve English speaking with your favorite person: yourself.
If you're already thinking in English, try speaking your thoughts out loud. Read out loud, too. Practice is practice, and even if you don't have anyone to correct your mistakes, just the act of speaking out loud will help you become more comfortable speaking English.
3. Use a Mirror
Whenever you can, take a few minutes out of your day to stand in front of the mirror and speak. Choose a topic, set a timer for two or three minutes and just talk.
Talk for the full two or three minutes. Don't stop! If you get stuck on a word you don't know, try expressing your idea in a different way. You can always look up how to say that word after the two to three minutes end. This will definitely help you find out what kinds of words or sentences you have trouble with.
4. Focus on English Fluency, Not Grammar
When you speak in English, how often do you stop?
The more you stop, the less confident you sound and the less comfortable you become. Try the mirror exercise above, but challenge yourself to speak without stopping or stammering (taking pauses between your words) the entire time.
5. Try English Tongue Twisters
Tongue twisters are series of words that are difficult to say quickly. One example is "The thirty-three thieves thought that they thrilled the throne throughout Thursday." Try saying this a few times! It's not easy.
6. Listen and Repeat
Do you Watch TV shows or You Tube videos in English? Use them to improve your fluency. Choose a short part of a show and repeat it line by line. Try to match the tone, speed and even the accent (if you can). It doesn't matter if you miss a few words, the important thing is to keep talking. Try to sound just like the native speakers on the show.
