|x + 5| ≤ y ∴ -y ≤ x + 5 ≤ y ∴ -y ≤ x + 5 and x + 5 ≤ y ∴ x + y ≥ -5 and x – y ≤ -5 First we draw the lines AB and AC whose equations are x + y= -5 and x – y = -5 respectively.
