Amount received by Rafique $=$ selling price - commission $ \begin{aligned} & =15,000-600 \\ & =\text { Rs } 14,400 \end{aligned} $ $\therefore$ Rafique paid Rs 600 as commission and the amount received by him was Rs 14,400 .

Rate of commission $=15 \%$
Commission obtained $=15 \%$ of selling price
