$21 m$
Let $R_1 m$ and $R_2 m$ be the radii of the outer and inner circular path.
$\therefore 2 \pi R_1-2 \pi R_2=132 $
$\Rightarrow R_1-R_2=\frac{132}{2 \pi}$
$\Rightarrow R_1-R_2=\frac{132 \times 7}{2 \times 22}=21$
Hence, the width of the path is $21 m$.
