Before writing letter of order, one should go through reply to inquiry letter very carefully, we should study that seller is ready to sell which brand of product, in what quality, at what Price, through which transport and who would bear the remining expense very carefully. If incomplete information is there in order letter then customer is hold resposible for that. It is difficult to amend order once placed, so buyer should be very careful while placing an order for goods.
