Steps of Construction:
(i) Draw a line segment $BC$.
(ii) At $B$, draw an angle $A B C$ equal to $75^{\circ}$.

(iii) With centres $P$ and $T$, draw arcs intersecting each other at $L$.
(iv) Join $B L$ and produce it to $D$. Then $B D$ bisects $\angle A B C$.
