$\frac{11}{-12}=\frac{11\times(-1)}{-12\times(-1)}=\frac{-11}{12}$
$\frac{3}{8}=\frac{3\times(-1)}{-8\times(-1)}=\frac{-3}{8}$
$$Now LCM of 12,8,4 = 24
