$=\frac{-1}{4}\lim\limits_{\text{x}\rightarrow0}\frac{\frac{1-\cos\text{x}}{\cos\text{x}}}{1-\cos^2\text{x}}$
$=\frac{-1}{4}\lim\limits_{\text{x}\rightarrow0}\frac{1\cos\text{x}}{(\cos\text{x})(1-\cos\text{x})(1+\cos\text{x})}$
