Question
Explain the interrelationship between Satyamdh, Shivamdh and Sundaram.
✓
Answer
There are three parts of a person's personality: $(1)$ intelligence, $(2)$ action and $(3)$ emotion. The success of any one of these organs proves the success of the other two.
That is, one can instinctively achieve the other two values by worshiping any one of the three values of Satya, Shiva and Sundar.
When an intelligent person worships the truth, he performs the basic duty of a human being.
He develops his personality in accordance with his nature.
Which gives him pleasure.
Thus, the attainment of truth as a value includes the attainment of Shiva and Sundar.
According to Gandhiji, “Beauty is not different from truth. We must strive to be truthful. Sundaram and Shivam will come later. ” Thus, Gandhiji puts Satyam at the forefront.
When a human being performs his Shivarupa duty, he has an understanding of two things: $(1)$ I must perform my duty and $(2)$ this is my duty. Karma done in the absence of this kind of understanding of duty is either done out of sight or out of habit.
It is not part of Shiva worship.
The worship of Shiva contains the satisfaction of the feeling of worship of truth and duty.
Thus, in the attainment of Shiva, a person also loses truth and beauty.
According to the great German ethicist Kent, "Emotions always lead to happiness.
Therefore, following the motivation of duty intellect, duty should be chosen only for the sake of duty. ”
Thus, Kent gives priority to Shivamdh.
When a sensitive person worships the beautiful, he develops his personality by following his nature.
Thus, the worshiper of Sundar reveals his nature and the understanding of the duty determined on its basis
Thus, in the attainment of Sundar, one also loses Satya and Shiva.
According to the poet Rabindranath Tagore, “The best artist sees the truth in the form of beauty.
So sometimes he enjoys imaginary truth instead of real truth. ”
Thus, Rabindranath Tagore gives priority to Sundaram.
Thus, worshiping any one of the three values of Satya, Shiva and Sundar achieves the other two values.
