The autonomic nervous system becomes active to deal with this situation.
In 1920, Walter Kane scientifically described the entire human process, stating that the body's cells are activated to meet the challenge or threat that activates the endocrine glands.
Kane has called this reaction a fight or a runaway reaction.
The hypothalamus of the brain is the origin of the physical response to depression. Which is also known as the center of mind. The hypothalamus responds to such a situation in two main ways.
(1) by the autonomic nervous system (2) by activating the brain gland. The autonomic nervous system has two parts (a) sympathetic system and (b) parasympathetic system.
As the sympathetic system becomes active, deep breathing becomes faster, heart rate increases, blood vessels constrict, and blood pressure rises.
Changes in the muscles of the throat and nose cause more air to reach the lungs. Facial expressions also change according to impulse.
The secretion of corticosteroids into the bloodstream by the adrenal glands is disrupted.
Through which energy is transmitted to the body.
