There are two main types of happiness: (1) subjective happiness (2) self-expression happiness.
(1) Subjective Happiness:
Everyone is expecting a long and quality life.

Constantly striving for happiness and well-being from a subjective point of view which is the main goal of human life.
It is important to understand what kind of life a person considers good.
It is important to define and understand the good life in subjective happiness.
Subjective happiness is understood in a broader sense than short-term and body-oriented happiness.
Thus this concept of happiness is called subjective happiness.
(2) Self-disclosure happiness:
"Self-disclosure happiness means a good life manifested by the voice of conscience."
