Find the circumference of a circle whose diameter is:11.2km.

Answer

We know that the circumference of a circle of radius r is given by C $=2\pi\text{r}$
Here, d $=11.2\text{km}$
Then, r $=\frac{11.2}{2}=5.6\text{km}$
$\Rightarrow\text{C}=2\times\frac{22}{7}\times5.6=35.2\text{km}$
