  Proper eating habits are important for our health. In the world more people die due to over-eating and wrong eating habits than due to starvation. Therefore, a person should eat beneficial meal. Even if the meal is delicious, a person should eat in appropriate quantity. A person with proper eating habits never fall sick. While the person who does not have proper eating habits become victim of varuious diseases. Little meal, means not to eat heavy quantity of meal at one time. A person should eat small quantity of food at regular intervals. Thus, a person should be careful in his eating habits. Some people live to eat. But they should eat to live.
  Exercise is essential to keep our body fit and healthy and to remain active. Exercise is beneficial to people of all age group. Longvity can be obtained with the help of healthy food and exercise. While doing exercise, a person should consider age, stamina, body, food, place and time. In order to maintain health and to live an active life, a person should put efforts according to the suggestion mentioned in 'कि वैद्येन प्रयोजनम्'. Thus, food $($diet$)$ and exercise are complimentary to each other. So we should make exercise as a part of
our routine acitivities.
