Give us white (clean) fame. Fame is of two types white (clean) and black. White fame means the fame attained by good deeds. While bad deeds give us black fame. Today, a person who lives a simple life with hard work is not known to anyone. But a criminal is known to everybody. Thus, the fame attained by a criminal is black fame. Such a fame is not desired by anyone. So we expect white fame. Good fame is indicated by white colour in the tradition of Sanskrit literature.
