A brilliant person or a bright thing is very important. One who has brilliance is mighty. Therefore it is said in Sanskrit that 'बुद्धि यस्य बलं तस्य ।' The importance of brilliance has been described in the stories with moral like a lion and a rabbit or a tortoise and a rabbit. Those who have knowledge and intelligence can make progress in life but those who do not have intelligence remain foolish. They can not make progress in life. The same is true in case beauty. It is the gift of the god. Thus, the strength which lies in brilliance, does not lie anywhere else. We all know that a small lamp can remove darkness. Therefore it is said that:
"उद्यमं, साहसं, धैर्य बुद्धि शक्ति पराक्रमः ।
षइ एते वर्तन्ते तत्र देव सहायतः"।।
