$(1)$ Proportional Maps: There are two types of standard maps.
$(1)$ Small Size Maps and $(2)$ Large Size Maps.
If we have two maps, one of which has a dimension of $1\ cm: 50\ km$ and the other has a dimension of $1\ cm: 100\ km.$
It is called a large size map. The one in which this number is large is called a small size map.
Larger maps show a limited but small area of the earth's surface with more detail.
These are the maps of city, village, taluka, district etc.
