Question
How can Name Clause be changed?

Answer

A special resolution has to be passed to change the clause of the name of the company and its approval has to be sought by the Central Government. The company registrar has to be informed within 15 days of getting the approval of the central government. The company registrar has to record the new name of the company in the book; But if "Private" is added or deleted at the end of the name of the company, then the approval of the Central Government is not required.
