$=\frac{3\big(\frac{2}{5}\big)+2}{4\big(\frac{2}{5}\big)+1}\ [\text{From (1)}]$
$=\frac{\frac{6+2\times5}{5}}{\frac{8+1\times5}{5}}$
$=\frac{6+10}{8+5}$
$=\frac{16}{13}$
