$=180^\circ-70^\circ$
$\Rightarrow\ \angle\text{ECF}=110^\circ$
Now, in $\triangle\text{CEF}$
$\angle\text{ECF}+\angle\text{CFE}+\angle\text{FEC}=180^\circ$
$\Rightarrow\ 110^\circ+\text{x}+30^\circ=180^\circ$
$\Rightarrow\ \text{x}=40^\circ$
