List the important features of tropical grasslands.

Tropical grasslands:
  1. These grasslands occur on either of the equator and extend till the tropics.
  2. This vegetation grows in the areas of moderate to low amount of rainfall.
  3. The grass can grow very tall areas 3 to 4 metres in height.
  4. Elephants, zebras, Giraffes, deer and lleopards are common in teopical grasslands.
  5. Savanna grasslands of Africa all of this type.
