Art means personal skill. But to put this skill into practice, one should have theoretical knowledge.
Personal skill, insight and cleverness plays an important role in practical implementation of management. Technical art is change as per his skill. So, according to George Terry, “Art teaches one to do knowledge based on facts and principles. Like science, management has its own principles. These principles make it possible to properly use man, machine, capital and method. So, according to George Terry, “science teaches one to know.”
Conclusion: These from the above, we can conclude that management is an art as well as science.
It is not possible to clarify it as any one. It is perfect combination of Art and Science both.
