  1. Weights were made of stones called chert and generally cubical with no markings.
  2. The lower denominations of weights were binary (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, etc. upto 12,800)
  3. While the higher denominations followed the decimal system.
  4. Metal-scale-pans have been found.
  5. The smaller weights were probably used for weighing jewellery and beads.
