The gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) is secreted by hypothalamus. The increased level of GnRH stimulates the anterior pituitary which then secretes the FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinising hormone). FSH acts on the Sertoli cells and stimulates secretion of some factors which help in spermiogenesis. LH secretes testosterone that stimulates spermatogenesis.
