Answer

Problems Faced by Teenagers

Teenagers today, unfortunately, face plenty of problems. The leading problem is probably stress and depression, caused perhaps by high expectations. Added to this is bullying and worse still, child abuse. Many teenagers suffer from eating disorders like over-eating or dieting. They may get into bad company and bad habits like smoking and drinking. In the fast-moving and competitive society of today, peer pressure and competition play a big role in creating problems. Finally, last but not the least, in a world where physical appearance is given a lot of importance, body-image and self-esteem play their own part in troubling the poor teenager.
