$=\frac{2^\text{n}[1+2^{-1}]}{2^\text{n}[2-1]}$
$=\frac{1+\frac{1}{2}}{1}$
$=1+\frac{1}{2}$
$=\frac{3}{2}$
$\Rightarrow\frac{2^\text{n}+2^{\text{n}-1}}{2^{\text{n}+1}-2^\text{n}}=\frac{3}{2}$
